AssetMira is a digital-products store. No physical product is shipped unless a listing explicitly states otherwise.

How delivery works

After successful payment, digital products are made available electronically through the order/download flow provided by the store and its delivery tools. You may also receive access information by email depending on the product and checkout flow.

Delivery timing

Most digital products are available shortly after checkout. In some cases, payment review, fraud checks, email delivery delays, or technical issues can delay access.

Download issues

If you do not receive access, receive the wrong file, or experience a broken download, contact official.dmabi@gmail.com with your order information and product name so we can assist.

Please make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct so you can receive order and access information.

No shipping charges or customs

Because our standard products are digital, there are no physical shipping charges, delivery carriers, or customs fees for those items.
