Refund Policy

Digital Product Refund Policy

AssetMira sells digital products delivered electronically. Because digital files can be accessed immediately and cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final once files have been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

When we can help

Please contact us at official.dmabi@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase if you experience a genuine issue such as:

a corrupted or incomplete file;
the wrong file being delivered;
a duplicate purchase;
a download or access problem that we are unable to resolve; or
a product that materially differs from the listing description.

We will first try to resolve the issue by providing a corrected file, replacement access, or technical support. If we cannot reasonably resolve the problem, we may issue a partial or full refund as appropriate.

Change-of-mind purchases

We generally do not offer refunds for change of mind, failure to read the product description, software incompatibility that was clearly disclosed on the listing, lack of the required software or skills, or after the digital files have been used, downloaded, or accessed, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Accidental purchases

If you purchased an item by mistake and have not downloaded or accessed the files, contact us as soon as possible and we will review the request.

Bundles and discounts

If a refund is approved for an order that used a bundle or automatic discount, the refundable amount may reflect the discount actually applied to the order.
